Fire Sprinkler for Def Con Haunted Warehouse

Def Con 1 Haunted Warehouse has been scaring West Texas since 1998. We'll be doing the 2020 Haunt Season outside due to the COVID-19 pandemic but due to City Codes that require a (MS-4) Fire Sprinkler System to continue operating indoors.  This system is being estimated from $66-80,000. I would be happy to spend my life savings on this but that was used to pay medical bills after fighting (and beating) cancer the past 2 years. I could sell the building/land and retire from haunting but I feel like I've got a lot left to give. I'm not ready to hang up the chainsaw. If we are successful in funding the Fire Sprinkler I'll have to empty out the building for installation which means I get to design and build a BRAND NEW HAUNT for 2021. I started this in 20's and I'm 50 now. Do you have great memories from the Haunt? We'd love to hear them!
