David is in Milam county and the Appraisal District is claiming he is not Ag Exempt for 2020 even though he grew hay and sold it. He needs an attorney and donations to handle the taxes and fines until he can prove his ag-exempt status.

David is a hard-working, valuable farmer for Austin and the surrounding markets, growing tomatoes, pecans, okra, watermelon, cantaloupe. etc. He drives over 3 hours to market each week. Having farmed for over 40 years, he has been with us for 7. As he is a regular source of joy, we LOVE him!
