Sarah's Computer Access System

I am a professional baseball writer for Major League Baseball Advanced Media. I was born with the umbilical cord around my shoulder cutting off my oxygen for approximately five minutes. I have athetoid cerebral palsy. I have virtually no hand use and understandable speech.  My computer is my connection with outside world since getting me into a vehicle is dangerous. 

In the recent past, I used a headstick with an expensive communication device to access my computer. Using a headstick became too difficult to use and began changing the shape of my skull. The communication device became out of date. The manufacturer doesn't sell the attachment that enabled me access my computer anymore. 

I am using an expensive communication device with an eye gaze system borrowed from the state.  It has to go back to the state by the end of April. Then I will not be able to do my job. Without my computer access, I can't do my job or communicate with my friends and family. If I don't have a job, I will be homeless and starving. 

I want a Tobii PCEye ($3000) that goes on my existing desktop and Grid 3 communication system ($700). This system will be much cheaper than this device. Medicare doesn't cover computer access.
