Samantha is a sweet, loving, active 12 year old that is currently battling a serious heart issue. She collapsed at her softball game Monday evening, and is receiving care at the Cleveland Clinic. We would like to come together to take off some of the financial burden for her family. 

This is is a difficult time enough without the extra stress of the cost of treatment. They have accrued an unforgiving amount of expenses already and have a long way to go.
