Safer Quieter Needham

In the first six weeks, Safer Quieter Needham has received over 500 signed letters of support encouraging the Needham Select Board to pursue improving the safety at railroad crossings and eliminating non-emergency train horns while maintaining full commuter rail service throughout town.

As exciting as this is, much more is needed going forward.  For many of us, communicating online is a convenient way to stay in touch with the issues and news we care about.  But for many of our neighbors, good old-fashioned paper flyers and mail are more successful.

So, while Safer Quieter Needham is an all-voluteer group of Needham residents, we do have out-of-pocket costs that are necessary to continue to build support for this effort.
