Spreading Holiday Cheer

Last year, our family decided to help a struggling family from our school over the holidays.  It was such an amazing experience that  we want to do it again this year on a larger scale.  So far, our school councelors have identified at least four families that desperately need help, but we know there are even more, which is why we are reaching out to you all.  These families (right here in our community) could really use some help to brighten their holidays due to a variety of difficult circumstances.  We want to "adopt" these families for the holidays, and give each family member customized gifts, as well as the essentials they need.

We have been raising money oursleves, but many friends have expressed interest in helping, so we wanted to invite anyone who is interested to join in...  With more help, we can bring more joy to more families! 

Ideally, we would love donations by/before Thanksgiving weekend (November 22nd would be amazing) so that we can hit the Black Friday sales, but anything before December 20th is still very helpful! 

Also, if you would like to start a project like this yourselves (with your family or community,) please let me know and we can share with you how we got started.
