Love for Maggie

On January 17, 2022, our closest friends Erin and Pete were sent to the ER by their pediatrician after a checkup for a couple of concerning symptoms. That night their life changed when they were told that their daughter Maggie had a brain tumor. 

The following day Maggie was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive brain tumor called Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma, or DIPG. Because of the location of the tumor (on the brain stem) and how it grows, it cannot be removed. 

Our goal is to allow Erin and Pete to spend every moment they can wrapping Maggie in all the love she deserves and are asking for everyones help in any way that you can. There’s a lot of uncertainty and unexpected costs with this diagnosis and with your help we can all help Erin and Pete focus as much attention on their family as possible.
