Single Mom in Need

Sarah here! I just turned 18 a few days ago, and I’ve lived with my mom all my life. We’ve been through a lot of hard times, between financial struggles, hospital stays, my parents’ divorvce, and so much else. Despite all this, my mom has kept her good humor and fighting spirit about her all these years. She keeps a job cleaning houses, but she suffers from rumatored arthritis and the effects on her health have been detrimental. Even after 14 hours of hard labor, she comes home at the end of the day and makes me laugh until I cry. Unfortunately, now, we are unable to pay our electric and water bills, and could no longer live at our house. We stayed with my grandma for a few days, but were unable to continue living there. At the moment, we are living in an upstairs bedroom of some very kind friends of ours. I miss my house (and especially my cat) so so much. If you can help at all, it would mean the world to both of us. All I want is to be able to go home before Christmas so we can spend
it together with food to eat and
heat to keep us warm. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
