Help Chester fight Cancer

I’m asking for your help to get my 3 year old bully mix, Chester, the medical care he urgently needs. Found on the streets of Lowell in January 2024 and rescued by me in March, Chester went from a scared stray to my cuddly best friend, winning me over with his goofy grin and gentle kisses. This 62lb bundle of love lives for tearing around the yard chasing his tennis ball, chewing on Nylabones, and nibbling the tags off blankets with his littlest of chiclets, always making me smile.

Recently, I discovered a growing mass in Chester’s mouth. During a routine checkup on August 2, 2025, I noticed a small growth that had significantly increased by August 11th. A biopsy conducted on August 19th revealed that this mass is not normal gum tissue but requires further testing to determine its type. The vet suspects it could be melanoma, a histiocytic tumor, or lymphoma. Chester now needs extensive testing to identify the exact nature of the tumor and develop the most suitable treatment plan to ensure his well-being and happiness.

As a young, otherwise healthy pup, this was a total shock. Times are tight, and I’m struggling to cover the vet bills. I’ve poured everything I have into giving Chester the good life he deserves after his rough start, but I need your support to make this next step possible.
