Brooks Lamb Foundation for the Arts

The Brooks Lamb Foundation was founded by Ed Lamb to honor the spirit and legacy of his beloved daughter. The foundation’s Mission focuses on celebrating students seeking to explore their talents in the visual and performing arts. Through activities such as painting, orchestra, band, or dance, students in the arts can find their passion and expression in meaningful ways. This foundation was created to support students with financial need or compelling hardship to provide assistance in their creative exploration.

Students who participate in the arts find a sense of community and belonging, all while improving their academic performance. Exposure to the arts sparks students’ creative thinking and enhances their ability to innovate and think broadly. The arts also inspire and foster creativity, kindness, and to find beauty in the everyday…This inspiration was came natural for Brooks and was her essence.

The Brooks Lamb Foundation is excited to host their First Annual Family Golf Outing at Winding Ridge Golf Club on August 20, 2021.
