RP for persons with disability to advance

Donation protected
I  have 2 brothers and 2 sons and my self affected by RP, retinitis pignentosa which is a condition of the eyes,  although the affects on my own eyes at the moment are miner the affects on my brothers and sons have long ago reached the point of legally blind and their eye sight is continuing to deminish they are struggling through the hard times unable to gain employment, my brother recently applied for small loan from the bank to help start a small business being a little sceptical that the bank would even look at him he decided to call before making the trip to the bank, the bank assured him there would be no reason for him to receive a small loan and he should come in and discuss his best option for the loan, they then made him collect certain papers and return to the bank with the completed paperwork which for some one extremely visually impaired was no small task, needless to say after all efforts to obtain a small loan and the bank leading him on they then waited for him to leave the bank only for them to call him on the phone to let him know they don't lend money to disabled people because they are high risk, which if the case why did they go ahead with the appointment leading him to believe he had a chance, there for now feeling let down and unable to borrow any money from the banks which leaves them unable to advance at life, we are only asking for a small about to start a business of electric bikes for the visually impaired  which they can use for affordable mobility and in return will give them a sense of daily worth by contributing to the community.
