Roof Repair for Senior Disabled Couple

The Mayor of Lake Worth Beach, Pam Triolo, called me and asked if I would be willing to help a senior disabled couple. They have three gaping holes in their ceiling, from roof water leak damage. I called Integrity Roofing and got the run around. Tuesday I called Garabar and spoke to a very friendly, Loving and compassionate young lady, Marissa. She lent me her ear as I broke down crying telling her I was trying to get a quote for roof repair for a senior couple. The Mayor of Lake Worth's 83 year old father, goes to help this couple on a regular basis. He assists with errands, lawn care, etc. Marissa told me she would have someone from scheduling call me. Within less than half an hour I received a call from Calley, the estimators scheduler. Another earthbound angel who was very sympathetic to my cause. She listened with compassion and caring. She told me that they would schedule an estimator to meet me at 2:00pm in front of the home. When I met Conner, I asked does Garabar only hire earthbound angels? He expressed genuine caring to Mr. Lynch and we listened to Mr. Lynch's life anecdotes. He and I spoke to the homeowner for a while. He took pictures and measurements. All three of the Garbar employees where a pleasure to deal with. That was very welcomed, especially on a day that I felt hurt by Integrity Roofing for the dismissive, rude insensitivity I received from Valerie all the three times I called. It was great to be treated with respect and caring for my efforts to bring a holiday miracle to a couple in need.
