Ronni & Elaina Adoption

Ronni and Elaina started their adoption journey last year in the hopes of completing their family and fulfilling their dream of becoming parents. They’ve always known they wanted to be mothers and they want the opportunity to raise a child who will experience the world through kindness, love, and compassion. They know in their hearts that this is their purpose and their path to starting a family.

As many people know, adoption is not for the faint of heart and can have its ups and downs with a large financial burden, averaging more than $40,000. Despite multiple attempts that ended up falling through, they have been chosen by the most amazing birthmother who is due in September and wants nothing more than what is best for her daughter; a chance to be with a loving, stable family. They couldn’t be happier about the way things are turning out and cherish this development of a lifelong relationship through an open adoption. 

Throughout this journey Ronni and Elaina have been very open with their story and have taken every opportunity to educate friends and family about the process of adoption. People are especially surprised to hear about the costs (including agency fees, attorney fees, birthmother expenses, travel, lodging etc.) often leading to people asking how they can be of help.
