Rods Mom

As many of you may know- Rod’s Mom is still in Venezuela and dealing with the ongoing humanitarian crisis there.  With food and medicine in short supply,  Rod is trying to get her out of the country.  I thought the sailing community could pull together and help him. He has no idea I am doing this.  He would never accept help but I can’t imagine dealing with this and constantly worrying about your mother.  Perhaps he can use the funds to send her cash or food or to help facilitate her extraction.    Thanks in advance. We all know what an awesome guy he is.

my name is Joe Sircely from Frisco, TX  I  am a good friend of Rod Favela and I am trying to help him help his mom. I do not know his mom. These funds will be given directly to Rod to do as he sees best to help his mom. There are limitations on how he can get money and goods to her. I trust he will use the money to help her.  All money raised minus fees will go directly to Rod.
