Hello Rock Steady Sag Harbor and Hampton Bays!
- Coach Michelle Del Giorno-Sensei is headed to Rock Steady Boxing's annual International Coaches Conference in Denver, Colorado, on September 16, 2022!
- RSB Headquarters has invited Coach Michelle once again to teach her "focus mitt flow drills" to other Rock Steady Boxing coaches at one of the break-out sessions AND learn NEW TRAINING TECHNIQUES to bring home to our Rock Steady Community!
- This SPECIAL FUNDRAISER is to HELP RAISE $$$ to offset the cost of the trip!
- A portion of the $$$ raised will be donated directly to the Center for Parkinson's Disease at Stonybrook Southampton Hospital.
- Coaches Michelle and Rita will host a BBQ to CELEBRATE our fierce fighters, our 5th year of Rock Steady Boxing Sag Harbor/Hampton Bays and our 600th ZOOM Boxing classes at Sensei's home on Wednesday, August 31st, from 4-7 pm.
- Please RSVP for the BBQ by contacting Coach Michelle or Coach Rita. We hope to see you all there!
