Seitz Cycle to DC for Wounded Marine Veterans from Iraq & Afghanistan
Donation protected
Hi, everyone:
We, Roy and Ryan Seitz, just finished our nearly 300 mile cycling trip from Sheffield Lake, OH...attempting to reach Bethesda Hospital in Washington DC July 6-12 to raise funds for recently returned Marines and sailors who have been wounded in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. Roy still serves as the battalion surgeon for his unit, which returned from Afghanistan's Helmand province just over one year ago. We did complete as much of the trip as time and energy allowed, ending up in Maryland on July 11, after biking nearly 300 miles. Although the trip is over, the website will remain open for another week or two for anyone interested in donations.
We are looking for some support to help out these brave men and women. You can help by sponsoring our ride. Large or small, we're grateful for any amount you can give. All monies go to support wounded veterans.
We really appreciate your support of this important cause - and of our efforts to make this trip in support of wounded Marines and sailors.
Gratefully,
Roy and Ryan
