Help Boris raise enough money for PICL procedure

Hi everyone I have created this go fund me for my brother Boris Diaz, as most of you know boris he is the most outgoing happy fun active , energetic person full of life always knows how to make anyone smile laugh you name it . Most of you know him he is the most amazing dancer , breakdancer , skydiver he is  full of adventures and dreams . Unfortunately on October 22nd 2020 my brother suffered an accident landing his parachute on his 654th jump .He slid on his feet while landing and lost balance backwards leading him try and land the safest possible continuing the forward motion in to his bottom. Horribly this resulted being a fast and strong enough initial impact to send a shock up his spine and cause damage to a very specific combination of cervical ligaments.  These ligaments are responsible for keeping your head on your shoulders. They allow you to nod up and down , and side to side and rotation motions. Its the junction of the first 2 vertebra. The first known as C1 or atlas , and the second known as c2 or axis.  Moving with instability spinal stenosis occurs as well as muscle exhaustion in the upper neck to the lower half of the back of the head and spread all the way up to the top of the head. The only option boris was given by drs was cervical fusion,  this is considered major invasive surgery . metal rods being imputed in his neck accompanied by 4 screws. This surgery unfortunately will limit my brother’s day to day life style. We went crazy doing research finding different opinions and options for my brother to avoid this major surgery. We came across a procedure called PICL which stands for Percutaneous Implantation of the Craniocervical Ligaments.  This is a procedure invented under interventional orthobrologics. Regenexx offers an injection to the damaged ligaments directly. This is done through the posterior oropharynx under anesthesia and fluoroscopy (real time xray) they inject stem cells aspirated from your hips. When stem cells are injected that causes an inflammation to the ligament that then causes it to release regenerative cells that then stem cells can convert into this regenerating the damaged ligaments with recovery time. The procedure is also a costume treatment plan for each case. The number of sessions will be determined after the evaluation of DMX (digital motion x-ray) that is required before they can provide any treatment plan. This procedure is designed to specifically intervene cervical fusion hardware and avoid future complications that have been recorded to show up in individuals that have chosen this treatment. It causes damage to other lower sections of the spine in the long run.  We need to raise money to make this treatment happen for my brother. so he can finally have a plan and finally start recovery and gain more mobility of his neck and so we can proceed with treatment rehabilitation, physical therapy, and everything else needed to have my brother back physically and emotionally. Boris has been in constant pain since October 22nd (muscle spasms,muscle knots, and occipital headaches and little sleep and has been in a cervical collar 24/7 since  November 5th 2020 and will continue to be until we can get him this treatment.
