River's Battle: Overcoming Infections

Our boy River is sick. As some of you know I have been treating River for months for what I was told was a recurring ear infection. Several visits to different vets and lots of vet bills and medicine bills. Yesterday he was take to an emergency vet which verified he hasn't just had an ear infection. He has a yeast infection and bacterial infection throughout his body. He has been vomiting and the medicines and treatment I have to give him to get him better will make him not feel good for a while till he starts getting better. Therefore, he can't be left unattended until treatment is completed. I dont like asking for help, but not sure what else to do to get through this.
