RiverHouse Neighbors for Sensible Density

As you know, the Arlington County Board approved its flawed plan to triple density on the RiverHouse property in mid-February--despite the vehement opposition from neighbors like you and us. But DenseThatMakesSense did not give up. Our members filed a lawsuit against Arlington:
* On March 14, 2022, we filed a lawsuit challenging the incorporation of RiverHouse into Pentagon City (among other points). We raised the initial $15,000 to start the process.
* On April 15, 2022, the County responded with two motions. One of them (the Demurrer) asked the Court to dismiss it.
* We expected their move. We are now at the point of responding to this motion, which determines whether our lawsuit has life to “stick” and will be litigated.
* To continue this process and fight the Demurrer motion, we need another $10,000. And we need each of you to make as big of a contribution as you can make to sue the County. Send $5 or $50 or $500 or whatever amount you can. Every $ counts!
