Riley Jai Cancer Warrior
Riley Jai has Wilm's tumor, a type of kidney cancer often found in children. Since his diagnosis in March, Riley has spent a significant amount of time in hospital for chemotherapy and radiotherapy, operations to fit his Hickman line and remove the affected kidney, scans and transfusions etc. More recently, unfortunately it became apparent that Rileys cancer had spread to his lungs and so his treatment has been increased.
Due to the current covid situation and his health, spending time with this brave little man has been challenging. Several people have suggested we should start a crowd-funder as a way to give him a fun and happy experience to enjoy after his treatment and allow him to make some more happy memories with his family when we are able.
As Riley will be going to Peppa pig world with his Mum's side of the family, we would love to take him to Legoland for a fun packed couple of days, including an overnight stay in one of their hotels. Any support given via this page will enable us to make this as special as possible and include some special treats for a boy who has fought so hard this year.
