Riesling’s Stem Cell Treatment

Hi everyone, I’m Monica and I’m fundraising for my fur baby Riesling’s stem cell treatment. Riesling is a very active dog who loves agility and off-leash hikes. Unfortunately with all the jumping and squirrel chasing, she must have landed funny at some point and injured herself. When I noticed Riesling’s limping, she was only 2 years old then. She was diagnosed with a supraspinatus tendinopathy and secondary bicep impingement. We began lots of treatments for her, it got better for awhile, but earlier this year, her lameness came back. My husband and I spent over $3000 CAD this year alone on acupuncture, chiropractic, laser therapy, shockwave therapy and rehab for Riesling again. The entire therapy just finished in early December, but within two weeks, she is limping again. The ortho vet highly recommends stem cell treatment for Riesling at this point, as that yields a more promising outcome. However, with involving biotechnology and a higher percentage of recovery, it also means the treatment comes with a hefty price tag.
