Richard and Starla VanVorst and Family

Richard and Starla VanVorst and their family are going through a very difficult time of need.

Starla VanVorst is a beautiful mother of seven. She has six boys and one girl with the 7th born this past October. She is the heart of this wonderful family who is a blessing to everyone they know. Richard and Starla are always willing to help others and giving of their time and love.

This family has been struggling with health issues that have plagued their family for the last year. Richard Sr. has been fighting lupus for some time while continuing to work long hours to support his family. Molly their four-year-old daughter has recently begun battling constant seizures, and the other children have had various health issues as well, and now Starla has been diagnosed with a brain tumor.

Their home was recently sold and they were preparing to make a move when Starla was found unconscious on March 12th and not breathing. Richard performed CPR and resuscitated her which lead to them finding a tumor on the right side of the brain.

They need to relocate and are desperate for all the assistance, love and support they can get during this critical time. Richard will need to stay close to Starla while caring for Molly and the new baby.

Starla’s treatment plans are yet to be determined but it will be a long and difficult road ahead.
