Rhys Langford’s Legacy

Donation protected
Who Cares Wins unsung hero award winner Rhys Langford was my eldest son. He was a big personality in life and after he died earlier this year.
His name and legacy must live on! Which is why as a family we are fundraising to support the charities that meant a lot to both Rhys and us.

In his final weeks our hero boy raised more than £67.000 for a six year old boy with cancer who lives in the same town as we do.

Rhys is a posthumous nominee for the Suns Who Cares Wins Unsung Hero Award.

After being diagnosed with osteosarcoma in October 2020 he took his last breath in February this year surrounded by his family after a long hard fight.

Rhys was a labourer and after reading about little Jacob jones battle with cancer ha gave his life savings to help fund treatment for Jacob in America.

Jacob jones is now cancer free but there are many more like Jacob and Rhys who need funding for treatment, help financially or even to make memories because one day that is what they will become “memories “

This is what Rhys wanted us as a family to do, carry on Rhys’ legacy and to keep fund raising in his name.

Let’s keep his name and legacy alive and keep raising as much as we can to help as many as we can.

Thank you

Langford family
