Objectif :
la création et la réhabilitation d'un espace pour la promotion et l'échange de savoirs agro-écologiques et socio-productifs dans l'esprit de la permaculture au Venezuela (état de Lara).

Pourquoi ce projet ?
Suite à la crise économique en cours au Venezuela depuis 2015, et qui ne cesse de s'aggraver, la qualité de vie a fortement baissé. Une grande partie de la population vénézuélienne traverse un moment de désespoir dû au manque de produits et services de première nécessité.
Ces problèmes, en particulier le chômage et le manque d'aliments, ont amorcé une forte migration d'une grande partie de la population : jeunes étudiant.es et adultes professionnel.les de diverses professions d'importance vitale telles que la médecine, l'ingénierie ou la communication entre autres.
La migration des vénézuélien.ne vers d'autres pays explose.
Certain.es d'entre nous ne veulent pas émigrer à l'étranger parce que nous croyons aux propositions de soutiens mutuels, collectifs et autonomes, avec lesquelles nous pourrons sortir positivement de cette terrible crise.
Nous devons faire face à un triste constat culturel : nous n'avons pas été éduqué.es pour cultiver nos propres aliments. Cultiver est pour nous nécessaire pour commencer à comprendre notre rôle dans cette société.
Pour cela , nous avons pris la décision transformatrice et pleine d'espoir, de migrer vers la campagne, de retourner à la terre.
Nous cherchons non seulement à combler une nécessité alimentaire, mais également contribuer à la terre, à la promotion d’une vie saine et de nouvelles formes de production, ainsi qu'à la redécouverte et aux partages des savoirs et savoirs-faire agro-écologiques.
Où se développe le projet ?
Ce projet se développe dans la zone centre occidentale du Venezuela, dans l'état de Lara, dans un hameau nommé « Hato Arriba » situé dans les montagnes du parc national Dinira.
Depuis 2013, 11 hameaux se sont unis pour former une « comuna » , c'est-à-dire un espace d'auto-organisation indépendant du pouvoir central et qui produit une grande partie de son alimentation et prend les décisions relatives à son fonctionnement par le biais d'assemblées. Les habitant.es de la « comuna » ont également mis en commun un camion, une radio et des écoles, entre autres choses.
La présence d'une « comuna » donne d'autant plus de sens à l'installation de notre projet à cet endroit.
Qu'est-ce qui existe déjà ?
Nous avons l'espace pour le projet de permaculture. Il s'agit d'un hectare de terre situé dans le hameau de « Hato Arriba », avec une petite maison de pierre, terre, et bois, qui n'a jamais été totalement rénovée ni habitée. c’est pour cette raison qu’elle a besoin d'être rénovée avant de pouvoir être occupée.
Ce dont nous avons nous besoin :
Bien que la maison en terre soit de faible coût, nous avons besoin d'acheter et de transporter du matériel et outils pour la restauration de la maison .
Matériel : pierres, briques de terre cuite, blocs d'adobe, bois, tuiles, fil, plomberie, câbles et installation électrique, chaux, matériaux isolants.
Outils : masse, marteau, pinces, brouette, ciseaux à bois, burin, pelle, scie, bêche, ponceuse...
Et après ?
Lorsque l'espace sera habitable, nous lancerons la 2e phase : la reforestation, la création du potager et du jardin médicinal, l'installation de ruches et du poulailler et la construction d'une serre avec du matériel de recyclage.
Dans un 3e temps, nous proposerons la mise en place de la radio communautaire Dinira Libertaria, la production de programmes radio et audiovisuels et également l'installation d'un centre de communication paysan.
Comment nous soutenir ?
Pour atteindre les objectifs de notre projet, nous avons besoin de récolter de l'argent grâce aux contributions solidaires et internationales.
Pour la 1re phase :
-achat de matériel pour la rénovation de la maison: 3500 €
-achat d'outils : 1000 €
-frais de reforestation et création du potager : 500 €

Why this project?
Due to the economic crisis in Venezuela since 2015, which has been going on since then and is getting worse, the quality of life has declined sharply. A large part of the Venezuelan population is going through a period of despair due to the lack of basic products and services.
These problems, particularly unemployment and food shortages, have led to a high rate of migration of a large part of the population: young students and adult professionals in various vital professions such as medicine, engineering, communication and others.
The migration of Venezuelans to other countries is exploding.
Some of us do not want to emigrate abroad because we believe in the proposals for mutual, collective and autonomous support, with which we can emerge positively from this terrible crisis.
We have to face a lamentable cultural observation: we have not been educated to grow our own food. Cultivation is necessary for us to begin to understand our role as humans in this society.
For this, we made the transformative and hopeful decision to migrate to the countryside, to return to the land.
We seek not only to meet a food need, but also to contribute to the land, to the promotion of a healthy life and new forms of production, as well as to the rediscovery and sharing of agro-ecological knowledge and know-how.
Where is the project?
This project is being developed in the western central area of Venezuela, in the state of Lara, in a hamlet called "Hato Arriba" located in the mountains of the Dinira National Park.
Since 2013, 11 hamlets have joined together to form a "comuna", i.e. a self-organizing space independent of the central government and which produces a large part of its food and takes decisions relating to its functioning through assemblies. The inhabitants of the "comuna" also shared a truck, a radio and schools, among other things.
The presence of a "comuna" makes the installation of our project in this area all the more meaningful.
What already exists?
We have space for the permaculture project. It is a hectare of land located in the hamlet of "Hato Arriba", with a small stone, earth, and wood house, which has never been completely renovated or inhabited. What it needs to be renovated for before it can be occupied.
What do we need?
Although the earthen house is low cost, we need to buy and transport equipment and tools for the restoration of the house.
Materials: stones, clay bricks, adobe blocks, wood, tiles, wire, plumbing, cables and electrical installation, lime, insulating materials.
Tools: mass, hammer, pliers, wheelbarrow, wood chisel, chisel, shovel, saw, spade, sander...
And then what?
Once the space is habitable, we will launch the second phase: reforestation, the creation of the vegetable garden and medicinal garden, the installation of hives and hen houses and the construction of a greenhouse with recycling equipment.
In a third step, we will propose the community radio Dinira Libertaria, the production of radio and audiovisual programs and also the installation of a peasant communication center.
