Näri Penson has devoted her career to educating and supporting our children at The Schoolhouse. Now, as she prepares to retire, it’s our turn to support her. Näri came to The Schoolhouse in its infancy. As a cooperative and later an independent school, a retirement fund for teachers was not an option. At The Schoolhouse Näri found a place she could make her own. Näri helped shape The Schoolhouse mission and teaching philosophy - a legacy we are grateful for and promise to carry forward.
