Restoring Dignity to People Facing Serco Eviction

Many of our friends with vulnerabilities are forced into destitution without financial support, due to Serco's successor MEARS Group's despicable policy of forcing asylum seekers into destitution, by refusing to accept Serco's property with people who are submitting fresh claims.
Currently, we are in touch with several friends facing eviction who are unable afford travel to solicitors office and basic food items. Unfortunately their imposed circumstances are not isolated and with MEARS Group's despicable policy it will only get worse!!!!
Whilst we have several neighbourhood anti-eviction teams ( Living rent , Unity and MORE) on our friends' door to prevent Serco/MEARS's evictions, our friends have no access to financial support during this horrendous and difficult time. As a result we are fundraising to provide basic human necessities.
