Hello to all of the Hamilton Alumni. We had a good time at our September, 9,2025 reunion party at Sussex park. As you know it was a very hot and windy day. Then a terrible storm came towards the end of the party. Many of you experienced personal damages to your homes and property. I had borrowed 2 large canopies to provide some comfort at this reunion party. 1 from my son and 1 from his neighbor. Due to this storm and amount of lightning I didn't feel safe taking them down. I returned to the park early Sunday morning to retrieve them. I was met with a disaster. The neighbors canopy was destroyed! The gutter overhead had folded down approximately 8 feet long. This caused a massive water fall and the canopy couldn't hold the weight. It crumbled to full fatality. Of course it had to happen to the neighbors. I'm devastated! The replacement cost is $1340! I know times are hard, this is why I'm asking for some help to be able to pay this kind man for his canopy. Any help would be very appreciated.
Thank all of you in advance! We have a great school with great students and staff.
Bless all of you!
Sincerely Gary Curci class of 73
