Rentlytics Hurricane Harvey Support

As a lifelong Texan, this is killing me that I am 1000 miles away from being able to help family and friends.  This video really got to me and I decided that I wanted to do something to help.  My goal is to raise at least $5k from our company to support recovery of the apartment industry in Texas.  I'm starting this campaign with a gift myself of $500.  Let's show Texas that Rentlytics loves them.

Our customers, the apartment industry have lost so much and their units are filling up like bathtubs. We ought to help them.

For some perspective, Houston alone is huge, the fourth largest city in the US and the problem isn't just in Houston.  The Houston metropolitan area is approximately 2200 square miles of densely habited,  urban and suburban, areas completely flooded. Imagine the entire state of Delaware, with three times the population of Manhattan, is under water.

In past disasters, either the National Apartment Association, local associations like the Texas Apartment Association or NMHC have created funds.  These monies that we collect will go to one of the funds to directly help the apartment industry and their residents get back on their feet.  None of these organizations has announced a fund yet but I would like to make sure that we designate the funds to go towards our industry and the people and companies that create our jobs.
