Rent help. Lost contract position. Entering chemo

I have been recently diagnosed with Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma.  My contractor decided yesterday was my last day.  Please help me raise $1350 as quickly as possible.

My wife has not worked in 12 years.  It has all been on me.  Also my ADD has made it very difficult and I have been let go many times because of it.

Now here I am in unfamiliar territory.  This would mean the world to me  and my family  at this time I am applying for disability.
