Renovations for my restaurant to stay open!

Hey as you all know I am chef Lewis owner of More Than A Apron, I’ve had a brick and mortar for a year now that I rent to own. The year has been good with a lot of support but really hard do to me doing everything on my own, no help. Like I stated I rent to own so I am responsible for all the repairs of the building, a lot of you also know my restaurant is very old, it has been around since the the 50s, nothing really has been fixed, mostly just bandaged up to keep working. My goal is to be around for the next 50 or 60 years but with all the work that needs done I’ve been told by multiple people that my place is a money pit. I love where I am located, I love being in the city of miamisburg where a lot of support and love is showed. I love have a place that not only locals in miamisburg can come to but other surrounding cities can come in, sit, enjoy great food, customer service, and good vibes. I really don’t like asking for much help but it’s gotten to the point of overwhelming, I do want to expand and get a food truck, but my brick and motor needs worked and and some need kitchen equipment to keep serving you guys great food! Please help me so I can stay in my location, give back to communities and keep making good food for years to come.
