Rengel Family Fundraiser

My family and I are going through an unexpected situation that has caused us a lot of grief. However, at the same time we do notice the hand and work of our Heavenly Father through these tribulations. I am extremely grateful that my husband is still alive. He received an electrical shock while working with the overhead telecommunication cabling in the state of Louisiana, assisting in the restoration of hurricane Laura. The electrical shock had caused 3rd degree burns on his arms and some mild areas in his back. After surgery and trying to monitor both arms for 3 days, the muscle in his right forearm had acquired gangrene. Due to the risk that this presented for his life and the rest of his body, they proceeded to amputate his right arm. All things considered, this situation has been very difficult to cope with emotionally and financially. We await in the hospital for the healing process of his wounds, having said that, as he recovers and we get back on our feet we have decided to ask for help. To our friends, family and whoever wishes to provide their help with whatever amount you can give. We thank you with all our hearts.

Mi familia y yo estamos atravesando por una situación inesperada que nos ha causado mucho pesar, pero a la vez reconocemos que ha sido un milagro de nuestro Padre Celestial que mi esposo y padre de nuestros 2 hijos este con vida. El 5 de septiembre de 2020 el recibió una descarga eléctrica mientras hacía su trabajo de cableado aéreo de telecomunicaciones en el estado de Louisiana ayudando a la restauración del huracan Laura, lo cual ocasionó quemaduras de tercer grado en sus brazos y algunas áreas de manera leve en la espalda. Después de cirugía y 3 días tratando de monitorear ambos brazos el músculo en su antebrazo derecho habia adquirido gangrena. Debido al riesgo que eso presentaba para el resto de su cuerpo y su vida, procedieron a amputar su brazo derecho. Ha sido difícil  sobrellevar emocional y económicamente dicha situación. Es por ello que mientras se recupera y volvemos en nuestro pies, ya que continuamos en el hospital, en proceso de sanacion de sus heridas, hemos decidido pedir ayuda. A nuestros amigos, familia y quien desee brindar su ayuda con la cantidad que puedan o deseen por este medio. Gracias de todo corazon.
