Rena’s 40th- Help the Humanitarian Crisis in Yemen

On the eve of my 40th birthday I am humbled by how many friends and family are asking me what they should get me to celebrate this milestone. I have been blessed beyond measure and need and want for nothing which is not the case for the people of Yemen. As many of you know war torn Yemen is experiencing one of the worst humanitarian crisis in history. There are currently 1.8 million children facing malnutrition, including over 400,00 who are severely malnourished and at risk for death. More than 8 million children are cut off from regular access to water, sanitation and hygiene services. In lieu of a birthday gift any contribution to this cause would make this birthday even more special for me and more importantly make an impact on the life of someone much less fortunate.
