Rename Oakland Lake for Khiron Anderson

Hello!

Our names are Racquelle Patterson and Mickey Francis, a set of Khiron Anderson's friends.

Khiron Anderson went missing September 22nd, 2021, and was found in Oakland Lake on September 30th, 2021, having lost his battle with mental illness.

Oakland Lake was known to be one of Khiron's favorite places, which he frequented daily.

This GoFundMe is an Adopt-A-Park Project for the talented young man who should not be forgotten.
