Remembering Jacob: Honoring His Legacy Together

Hello, my name is Jerett Wells. My brother Jacob Birt passed away on September 18th. We are raising funds to help with funeral cost. Jacob was loved by so many. He was an amazing brother, uncle, and son! The ones who knew him know he had a big heart for all his friends and family and he’d help out anyone who asked. Jacob leaves behind a daughter, a son and so many family and friends. With so many unexpected deaths in our family in the past year times are hard, anything that is donated is beyond appreciated!
