Refuge Rabbits

The staff at Tennant Creek Women's Refuge are a group of strong , passionate and loving women who provide healing to the Women and Children of the Barkly . The Refuge was gifted three baby bunnies whose mother passed in Alice Springs from natural causes. Our fabulous team has sourced volunteers to build a Rabbit enclosure on our site in the hope of bringing some laughter and joy to those who may need some love and kindness. Many people leaving from violence at home miss their pets and find comfort in sitting near quiet innocent animals for some solace.
