Help Reem's Family Escape the Dead in Gaza

We are relatives of Reem and have taken it upon ourselves to help her escape the war in Gaza, where there is human genocide and no means of life.

Reem's message to you:

Since the beginning of the war on Gaza on October 7th, my family and I woke up to the sounds of explosions and destruction around us. Everything changed in moments. I used to wake up to my husband and my children Ahmed, 3 years old, and Hamza, one and a half years old, smiling. But this time, their faces were pale, marked by fear and panic. After some time, we were asked to evacuate our homes in Gaza City, where my beautiful house and its endless details, the beauty salon I struggled to develop myself in, and my husband's dental clinic were located, to the southern region.

Where do we go?

We found ourselves in a small tent on barren land, starting our day gathering firewood and cooking over an open flame, facing extreme hardship to obtain non-potable water. Every moment, we see death in the eyes of our innocent children. They are blameless, yet we witness destruction and the collapse of homes all around us.

We reached out to friends with difficulty, struggling with communication and the challenge of reaching those who might still be alive. Unfortunately, many of them had lost their lives. We mourned the loss of our relatives and many friends.

We are human, and we long for a peaceful life. In 93 days of war, we thank God every day that we are still alive in a place where there is no safety, unable to protect ourselves and our children from death. However, we have lost our closest family members and many friends.

We, as humans, deserve to live in peace.
