Red Meets Green's Community Center ("The Green House") is located about 15 miles outside of Monrovia, Liberia in the Cooper Beach community. It's a place that provides educational and vocational opportunities to children, adults and families in need. Liberia is a country in which the cycle of poverty runs rampant, and so Red Meets Green is passionate about delivering resources that will give Liberians hope and provide a place to learn and grow. $8000 is needed for the remaining rent of the three-year lease and to pay for the necessary repairs to the building (such as a new roof and flooring, a security fence, and furnishings). Until these repairs are made, we cannot operate in this space.
