Final Expenses for Joan Riedy

Donation protected
My mom, Joan Riedy, suffered from sudden cardiac arrest while at home on 10/22/2018. Thanks to having most of the family home, including my younger brother who is an EMR, she survived and is now undergoing treatment at Alvarado hospital in San Diego. She is still in critical condition, and while she is showing signs of improvement, recovery is not yet certain. Her last EEG scan showed that seizures had stopped, and the last CAT scan showed that her entire brain is receiving normal amounts of oxygen. She is still unconscious, but can hear us and responds when we talk to her.

This all came on us very suddenly and unexpectedly, and any help you can provide, whether financially or through prayer (or both) would really help us out. Dad runs his own auto-body business, but hasn't been able to work much between checking on mom and taking care of the six kids living at home. I'm the eldest, and had to leave work to fly back home from Madison WI to be here for mom and the rest of the family.  That being said, we're in a pretty tight spot now, and it's looking like it will be pretty rough for awhile.

Thank you for any help that you can give! Mom's recovery will be a long and painful process in many ways; physically, mentally, and financially. We really appreciate any and all help! God bless you!
