Recover RV & Personal Belongings

From the family of Joshua a.k.a Mostro of The Barber Express:

On December 16, 2023 our son Joshua Serrano was at the Uhaul with his RV getting his propane refilled, as he was in the vehicle and getting ready to leave ~ there was an explosion in the vehicle with Joshua inside the RV leaving him trapped with propane fumes and burned being unable to get out and yelling for help. Joshua was to fight and push his way to breaking the only door of the RV that would budge and get out. However, he had already severely suffered 2nd degree burns to his face, arms, and hands.

Joshua, also known as Mostro by his community, is a barber and tattoo artist who uses the RV to meet his clients and customers where they are. Making it accessible for anyone and everyone to get their haircuts no matter the destination. He was also in the process of moving and unfortunately had all of his personal belongings (clothes, shoes, etc.) in the RV with him. Due to the explosion and burning, everything within the vehicle was totally lost and damaged. As well as the vehicle itself. He is currently in the care of physicians and also his family, but we are asking for the support of the community to help rebuild everything that he has lost.

We are raising funds of any amount to begin the process of replacing the RV, all of the materials used for his day-to-day business and restart Joshua's business. We are also trying to help him get back on his feet with basic necessities like clothes and personal items ~ at the time of the accident all of his personal belongings were also in the RV. Every donation helps and if you are unable to monetarily donate we appreciate all shares and prayers as well.

Additionally, if you or anyone you know is aware of an RV that is in working condition please do not hesitate to reach out to us through here or private message us on social media so we can start the search for a new vehicle and begin the conversion. We do this all by ourselves and Joshua's mother and him put in countless nights to convert the previous RV so it is absolutely devastating to have lost it all in the accident. We are also open to accepting a barber chair and other supplies used in a regular barbershop but the funds raised here will contribue to recovering all of those things as well.

This will be a long recovery but with his family, community, and Joshua's perseverance we are confident that The Barber Express will return stronger than before.
