As most of you know the city of Panama City was battered by a category four hurricane on October 10th 2018 changing the lives of every person who calls this city “home”. I am a native of Panama City so watching the devastation of my hometown was absolutely heartbreaking. My sister, Tamara Powell, a resident of Panama City and single mother of six chose to evacuate with her children and a few items they could carry with them. Shortly after the storm she discovered that they lost EVERYTHING save for the clothes they took with them. They have no clothes, no car, no home and they have run out of money for lodging. I created this in hopes that I could somehow help raise money so that my sister, my niece and my nephews can afford the food, shelter, and clothing necessary to survive the coming weeks as they piece their lives back together after this catastrophic storm. Please, every little bit helps.
