Love makes a family

This is Andrea and Joe DeVoe and their precious daughter Lilly. They having been dreaming of the day they could add to their family. After dedicating their time and money to an adoption agency they found out the agency filed for bankruptcy. They now have to start over in the process and have lost all the money they put toward the adoption. This is a loving, godly family that wants nothing more than to give their daughter a sibling. It is devastating times like this that they put their trust in the Lord knowing it's his will and his way and the Lord will provide.
