Ray of Light Cambodia

Donación protegida
Hi,
Ray of Light Cambodia is a non-profit organisation that works to break the cycle of poverty by providing education, improved health conditions and occupational skills for children in Cambodia.

So far we have 25 children in school and have paid for a three children to have vocational training. They are doing well and are providing for themselves.

Due to your support we covered all of our projects last year and start the year with a surplus. This allows us to widen our scope of support. We will continue to aim at opening a school. This will mean we can help educate more children, not only children from the orphanage in Phnom Penh but also street kids from a nearby slum area.

We are also aiming to support 5 of our sponsored students through university. They are currently achieving high grades and have a clear view of what they hope their futures will be.

Our projects include providing the children at the orphanage with medical and dental care as well as glasses. If we raise enough to open the school we will also use it in the evenings as a drop in and training centre for adults to receive much needed medical advice.
There is no amount too small.

Another way you could help us is to get friends on Facebook to like our page (Ray of Light Cambodia) as well as visit the website www.rayoflightcambodia.com.

Thanks goes out to everyone who helped us get this far.
