Dear all,

My name is Renaz Abdullah, I am just a regular person like you. I live in the Netherlands and I am launching this campaign to support my friends Mahmoud Khaled Abu Zayed and Abdul Hamid Tayeh and their families who are currently displaced in Gaza by raising funds they desperately need to overcome the hardships they have endured the past 2 years. After losing many loved ones, with no time to process the grief, the families now still lack basic necessities like food, water and medicine.

In the past 2 years, thanks to kindhearted donations, I have been able to help Mahmoud and Abdul's families multiple times. Mahmoud has even helped stray cats in the neighbourhood by providing them food, water and shelter.

With your help, this ramadan we will be able to help these families survive the inhumane conditions in Gaza.

The donations will be used for food and baby supplies.

The stories coming out of Gaza have devastated me, and I needed to be part of any solution. Getting connected with families in Gaza and working to get them aid is how I am trying to help during this ongoing crisis. I hope you will consider taking action to donate and help Mahmoud and his family.

The conditions in Gaza are still an inhumane crisis. Since the crossings has been closed food prices have trippled and scarcity has struck Gaza once again. Many of whom displaced, injured, traumatized or worse. Just like Mahmoud's family.

Mahmoud and Abdul are displaced and currently staying at the Zawaida camp in Deir el-Balah.

Medicine, water and food are expensive in the place that they have been displaced to but still possible to buy. The funds raised will be used immediately to buy food and other necessities by my trusted friend where possible and in the weeks and months to come.

If we raise enough funds, we will be able to install a water well for Mahmoud;s family and surrounding neighbours. This project will be very expensive due to the scarcity of necessary equipment, but with enough donations, we will be able to achieve this.
