Rally for Leon and His Loving Family

My name is Kaci. I am a mother of 5 beautiful children. My youngest, Leon (3 years old), was recently diagnosed with T1D. We are currently still in the hospital and most likely will be here until Monday. I work 2 jobs to keep us above water. With this life-changing medical situation, I will need to take off work to make sure Leon receives the proper care to maintain his diabetes.
