Raising much needed funds for catch the dream

Me and my best friend Bec will be taking part in the “Walking A Marathon “ challenge! We’ve also thought that while we are doing the walk - why not walk to raise money for a cause very close to our hearts ♥️ Catch the Dream.
As many of you know, I went to Sierra Leone on an immersion programme last year with my old school..and again to support the nonprofit Catch the Dream in the October.
CTD is working with a small community in Lungi Village just outside the second city of Bo in Sierra Leone. To see their work click on the link - https://www.catch-the-dream.co.uk
CTD was formed to help rural communities, like Lungi, become self sufficient after the Ebola Crisis.
When visiting in October I became a part of this amazing village and was drawn to one particular woman, Kadie, - with your help we can support her in her journey to self sufficiency.
Kadie Senesie. She is a single mother of six children, four girls and two boys. Kadie takes care of her six children single handedly. She is the musician of the village and always makes people laugh in gatherings. As a swamp farmer, she feels she has been empowered by Catch the Dream, she had lost all hope since Ebola. " I am grateful to CTD for making me believe in my dream!, I am learning advanced skills in farming. CTD had given me tools and training - I am working towards my goal of being able to care for my family, enabling them to go to school and starting to produce my own food”. Please help us to carry on supporting those in the village like Kadie ...
