Raising funds for a flood victim family

My little sister and her family live in Wales. Sadly last night her house flooded. Destroying all the lower floor.  When you see flooding on tv and the news you sometimes think that it’s bad, but until it happens to yourself you literally do not understand the devastation that it actually causes. Not only has there house been damaged beyond repair but also there family has been split up. There chidren have to sleep elsewhere.  While my sister and brother in law have to sofa surf between family. It’s taken 14 hours for the council to come out and they have been told them it will take them another 24 hours to decided how to help them.  Please ant donation big or small will help them rebuild there lives.
