Raising funds for our Yoga Yurt and Starseeds commUNITY

Blessings, my name is Hannah McNamara. Six years ago, I founded the Yoga Yurt on a friend's farm in Stouffville. During this time the Yoga Yurt has been a sacred, safe, healing space to many in the community. The Yurt has been used for everything from Yoga classes to healing circles to children's programs and home to Starseeds Earth Academy for the last four years.

About a month ago we found out that our friends are selling the farm and willing to sell us the yurt for $4,500.

This news of selling the land has been difficult and especially hard for our school program families and the local yoga community who have all enjoyed and loved the Yurt as much as my family has.

We have faith in finding new land and would like to continue having the Yoga Yurt open to the community.

Our goal is $4,500 (which is the cost of the used Yurt, including the flooring and decking). Any assistance that you may be able to provide to help us in reaching our goal is greatly appreciated. I hope to see you at the new Yoga Yurt and Starseeds Earth Academy location very soon!
