Hello all!
My name is Gabriel, the brother of Rafael Noriega. I am starting this GoFundMe page to help my brother his wife, and their 3 kids.
He was involved in a car accident while him and my younger brother Jorge Noriega were traveling to Kenai for the day. On their way there, weather conditions became bad,(snowing/raining) lost control of truck and rolled over a few times before colliding into a tree.
We didn’t expect something tragic like this to happen. Rafael and Jorge are well known, and loved and cared for by many. Rafael underwent surgery and are praying hard and being strong through the process.
We respectfully and kindly ask if anyone can help my brother and his family would be more then words can explained appreciated.
Never did we imagine this to happen I guess nobody does.
