Please can you help us?
This project is provide additional funding to replace and repair the equipment in the Radyr Park Play Park in Drovers Way, Clos Parc Radyr. Sadly the facility is in a very poor state of repair with almost all the items except the new swing, needing to be replaced. In fact the climbing frame was recently removed and to rubber matting is looking in a very sorry state.
Without your help all the remaining items would eventually have to be removed due to health & safety concerns as they become worn, overused or in need of replacement. But with your help we can fill the all the play area with more equipment that our children want to play on. We can make it bigger and better than before.
Any donation you can spare, no matter how small, is valuable and brings us closer to our target.
Don't forget to spread the word on our Twitter feed or Facebook page. The more people we can reach the better the chance we have of hitting our target and of course, if we raise more then we can have the opportunity of more equipment.
Now the small print.
1. The crowdfunding campaign remains the responsibility of the fundraising team and not Radyr and Morganstown Community Council or any other partner.
2. If funds raised do not reach the target set for specific items of equipment, then the funds will be used for smaller items for the play area.
3. If the funds raised exceed the target set; then the surplus will be given to Radyr and Morganstown Community Council to use for the benefit the community for similar children's play or environmental projects.
4. The intended conclusion of this project is Sunday 14 July.
