Quorum Challenge - Crestview Mutual Water

The 2023 Election of Shareholder Board Members will soon be here. We need a simple majority of the shareholders to participate to establish quorum. If no quorum is established - no business can be conducted, no elections occur, etc. I am starting a Quorum Challenge - it will be a cash prize that will be randomly awarded to one of the first 350 shareholders to return either their proxy or the ballot. It makes absolutely no difference how you vote! Establishing quorum is the goal. A winner will be selected randomly from the first 350 returned proxies and ballots. Proxies and Ballots must be in a sealed envelope - send a picture of it to my phone (805) [phone redacted] or if my number is redacted like it is on Next Door app send me the pic in a mesage before returning to Crestview or the authorized Third Party.

I will begin with a $250 donation. It is my hope that I will be joined by everyone else who is worried about getting quorum and is willing to be proactive about it. Open to all shareholders of Crestview Mutual Water - no challenge donation required.
